Returns Policy

We provide a hassle free 30 days money back guarantee to give you the opportunity to inspect your item. We offer this to assure our customers that we are confident that you will be satisfied with your item and our service. This 30 days money back or item replacement warranty for DOA(dead on arrival) or mechanical problems only.

The 30 days period starts from the time recorded as "delivered" in the post service's tracking system, return subjects to the following conditions.

• Items must be in brand new unused original condition with the product packaging, booklets/manuals, swing tags, labels and all other accessories included. 
• The item/s are NOT scratched, worn or damaged, and are in re-saleable condition when we receive them. 
• In case of return, shipping fees that we paid to courier is not refundable. 
• We do not accept return if it's been used.
• We charge 30% restocking fees if the item returns outside the 30 days money back period.
